This agreement applies to the Videous Studio application and related services, in accordance with international general privacy protection guidelines, and is designed to clarify rules for the collection, use, and protection of users‘ personal data.
1. Scope and Definition
1.1 This Agreement binds all users who use the Videous Studio service, and users‘ use is considered to agree to all terms of this Agreement.
1.1.1 Personal data refers to information that can identify the user or is related to the device, excluding data that has been anonymized.
2. Data Collection Scope
2.1 Collect only the minimum data required to achieve video editing, file management, and application optimization.
2.1.1 Automatic collection: Device model, system version, application crash logs, ad identifiers, local video file metadata.
2.1.2 User-provided: Text of comments and notes, records of in-app actions.
3. Data Usage Purpose
3.1 Used to provide core functionality such as video upload, editing, annotation, and batch deletion.
3.1.1 Used to optimize application performance, troubleshoot errors, and improve operational experience.
3.1.2 For personalized ad presentation, users can turn off Ad Identifier Authorization in System Settings.
4. Data storage and protection
4.1 User data is stored and transmitted in encrypted form, and is retained only for the period required for the purposes of the service.
4.1.1 Industry-standard security measures are implemented to prevent unauthorized access, leakage, tampering, or loss.
4.1.2 Local video files are processed only within the user‘s device and are not uploaded to external servers without the user’s permission.
5. Third-party services
5.1 Applications may access analytics, advertising-type third-party services, and their data behavior is subject to corresponding third-party privacy policies.
5.1.1 We only transfer to third parties the minimum amount of data necessary to perform the services and do not share sensitive personal information.
6. User data rights
6.1 Users may access, correct or request the deletion of their personal data at any time.
6.1.1 Users can revoke permissions such as ad identifiers without affecting the use of the underlying functionality.
6.1.2 Data-related requests can be submitted through the contact email at the end of the letter, and we will process them within reasonable time limits.
7. Protection for Minors
7.1 This service is not intended for minors under the age of 18. If such data is collected, it will be deleted immediately.
7.1.1 Minor use is required under the consent and supervision of the legal guardian.
